new to blogger

Welcome to my blog. I know this will sound cliche but it is the truth. I am new to blogging and here I am doing my first. I think the title totally fits I heard it from a cooking show but when it comes to music it totally fitted as well. I welcome all comments of how to improve because I am fast learner. I will continue to post new things and also interesting things as well. I know that in time I will be an experience blogger lol and keep all of my followers entertain.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the deejays that took the time to teach me the rope. Especially to DJ Joevee, who taught me how to appreciate house and open my mind to love music of different genres. Also for showing me how to read the crowd which a lot of so call deejays still don't know how it is done. He also taught how to mix different genres which I still continue to evolve and practice almost ever day. To john k who taught about equipment, to be wise on buying from the right sources or to take care for it. To DJ Chris and his passion for house. Not to mention all his technical wisdom and teaching how to trouble shoot under any situation. Last but not least DJ IGGY who started me with two records and gave me this advice "Practice, practice and more practice back and forth from one record to the other till you can tell where one song start and the other finishes". The same words I have pass on to other people who are inspire to start deejay and don't know where or how to start.
